Got a call saying there was an issue with my Visa and they wanted me to ring back. Pretty sure it’s one of those premium numbers that cost a bomb. I’m a proper British bloke born and bred, so no Visa needed here. Whoever’s handing out these numbers really ought to do something about it, and the police should definitely step in to crack down on these scammy people. Absolutely disgusting.

Got two calls from this number but they didn’t leave a voicemail, so it couldn’t be anything urgent. Decided to just block it now.

I got a call from some pension firm, which broke the law cos pension firms aren't allowed to cold call now. Once I mentioned I was about to get the serious fraud office involved, they just ended the call straight away.
