I picked up but nobody said a word.

Absolute rubbish, I tell you! I could hear some muffled chatter in the background, and then it fell silent before they ended the call abruptly. Since October last year, I've had to block a whopping 56 numbers, but this is the first time I've come across this particular one. Well, it’s now firmly on my blocked list, so I won't be receiving any calls from them again! - caller: Unknown

Regrettably, there wasn't much to glean from the call. All I could hear was a lot of raucous clatter on their side.

I answered the call, and all I could catch was something about Bridgewater or a name akin to that. They said to ring back for further details, but the line cut off straight away. I'm really curious about who's peddling our information, especially as our number isn't listed anywhere!

I received a rather unpleasant call from a rude individual who hung up the moment I inquired about how he obtained my number. It seems this sort of nonsense happens every day!

17th August 2015 Surrounded by a cacophony of voices, I suddenly hear a man call out my name. Just as quickly, he ends the call. What an utter bother!

I’ve got a system in place that filters calls from numbers that aren’t saved in my contacts. They hung up the moment they heard the pre-recorded greeting.

Had a call earlier today; it was one of those automated marketing drivel messages. Typical, isn’t it? I've wasted no time in reporting it to the ICO. Highly recommend you do the same if you receive one of these nuisance calls!

Received a phone call today from someone purporting to represent the government, supposedly to assist in slashing energy costs. Mind you, we're on the Telephone Preference Service list. This isn't the first time they've reached out, either. They claimed they weren't selling anything, but it was as clear as day that they were. I ended the call swiftly!

Picked up the phone only to hear a recorded voice informing me that Coastal Marketing had tried to contact me. If I was curious to know more, I was advised to call them back at 01752392520. Naturally, I dialled the number to give them a piece of my mind since I’m registered on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and this number certainly wasn’t familiar to me. Quite the crafty bunch, aren’t they?

Fortunate I was, as they seemed oblivious to my presence. All I could make out was the buzz of conversation in the background, and a chap repeatedly uttering, “hello… hello…”

I received a rather unexpected automated phone call from Riverside Energy Survey on my former direct line. Quite a peculiar occurrence, if I'm honest!

We've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, yet it seems to have no effect on these callers. They are quite bothersome and distressing, truly an annoyance that ought to be dealt with effectively.

Received an automated marketing call earlier on today. I've got no patience for that kind of nonsense and promptly reported it to the Information Commissioner's Office. I urge anyone else who's faced the same scenario to do the same!

Received a call on the 1st of July, 2015 at precisely 10:25 in the morning. They failed to leave any message. Interestingly, prior to that, I was already bothered by a call about "solar panels" not long before. My number isn’t listed publicly and I’m signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. It’s high time these nuisances were put to an end!

Received a call from this number on the 26th of June. It had that unmistakable call centre vibe, likely from the Plymouth region if I had to wager. They didn’t bother to introduce themselves and just let out a couple of heavy breaths. I decided it was best to end the conversation right there. Clearly, all the upstanding young folks are off enjoying Glastonbury, aren’t they?

I forked out some cash for an energy audit, only to find myself bombarded with pitches for solar panels and a host of other products. Feels like I’m in a dodgy infomercial, doesn’t it? I wouldn’t be surprised if this lot ends up on a consumer rights programme, running from cameras!

Absolutely, this so-called "Energy Saving Scheme" is a right load of nonsense. It's evident these folks have zero regard for the Telephone Preference Service. Save yourself the hassle and drive home the point - tell them you’re camping out under a bush!

In the distance, we could hear a raucous commotion, almost reminiscent of the cheers that erupt when a team scores a goal. It was quite the spectacle, akin to a bunch of chaps celebrating a grand victory over an unsuspecting rival!
