I got a call from a polite English woman claiming to be from ‘Countrywide Surveyors’. It was a cold call, coming from a UK number in Plymouth, even though my number is on the TPS list. She offered a ‘free assessment’ for cavity wall insulation to help with weatherproofing. I told her nicely that I wasn’t interested and she didn’t push or try to pressure me at all.
