I kept getting calls from this firm and honestly, they were quite unpleasant each time. The first time I answered, they claimed to be from some holdings group. When they rang again, they said they were with O2, and on a third occasion, they insisted they were from Three. Initially, they told me my SIM card was about to be cancelled, but later they said it was about upgrading it. It all smelt like a scam to me, and the people on the other end were anything but polite.
