Got a call from an Asian gentleman who claimed that my info was used to purchase a £300 Amazon gift card. He insisted I look through my emails and then handed me over to an Asian lady. She started asking about my phone and computer info. When I asked where she was calling from, she said London, but the lag in her voice sounded like it was from far away. Then she just hung up on me. Definitely fishing for personal details to run another scam - really risky stuff.

Got a call earlier today from this number. A woman with an accent, sounded like she was from abroad, said she was with Amazon - a company I’ve never used. I told her straight up that I knew it was a scam and asked her to stop bothering me and never call back. She hung up right away.
