This happened about an hour ago, and now I've gotten a similar message from yet another number-02083 707869, the very same annoying recording. These digits certainly seem to be linked to some nefarious fraudulent activity. They urge you to press '1', but if you fall for it, you might end up paying for a call to a premium-rate number, potentially based anywhere on the globe. My advice: just hang up! In this day and age, with all our technological advancements, I'm left wondering why there seems to be a lack of investigation and prosecution of such scams. It appears tackling these issues is perhaps deemed more laborious than our authorities wish to handle.
