I picked up and they just cut the call straight away.

Got a call claiming to be from BT about my internet. They started with, “how’s everything with you?” I replied, “I’m fine, cheers, how about yourself?” Then they asked about the weather, saying it’s snowing where they are. Before I could answer, the line went dead. Total scam, no doubt.
