My wife answered it and a bloke with what sounded like an Indian accent asked if I was home by name. When she said I wasn’t around, he then asked if our home was council property. She quickly hung up after that. Since he seemed to know my name, clearly he’s got access to some personal info. I looked into the number and it’s registered in Bridgenorth, Shropshire, but owned by Voxbone SA.
