I didn’t bother picking up, seemed dodgy to me.

On the 1st of Nov, at 7:55 in the morning, I got a call from 01743718559. The person, who sounded Asian, was asking for me by my name and claimed to be calling from a ticket office. Honestly, their English was rubbish, and I couldn’t make head nor tail of what they were saying. I ended the call, but then they rang straight back again. This time, I just hung up right away without saying a word. Isn’t there something the phone companies can do to put an end to these annoying calls?
