I picked up the phone but they didn’t say anything back.

I’m not sure what to make of people who just call and then stay silent even after you greet them a few times. Today, I said hello twice and got nothing back, so I ended up cussing them out and cutting off. Feels like they’re playing some kind of annoying mind trick, might even be a form of harassment.
