this number called my mum saying they wanted to lower her sky bill. they kept pushing for her bank info, claiming it was needed to lower the payment. but her payments go out by direct debit anyway so it would happen automatically. they were really persistent, which was pretty unsettling for her. she’s quite shaken up after that call.
