I received a call earlier from someone claiming to be affiliated with Scottish Power and Southern Electric. However, it became apparent that they were merely a firm named ENERGYLINX, attempting to coerce me into changing my energy supplier. The chap was called Martin, and when I expressed my disinterest, he had the audacity to declare that I’d wasted thirty minutes of his precious time! What a nerve! I told him in no uncertain terms where he could stick his remarks and promptly disconnected the call.

I received a call from this lot, and all I could hear was some dreadful music before they abruptly ended the call. Honestly, these individuals are a blight on our society.

This number keeps on calling relentlessly, and if I happen not to pick up, they simply carry on ringing. Whenever I do answer, however, they just disconnect immediately. It’s incredibly frustrating receiving these bothersome calls, especially considering my husband is in Afghanistan and every ring brings a wave of anxiety. I’ve signed up with the Telephone Preference Service too, yet they persist in calling. It’s really starting to get on my nerves!
