On the 15th of May, 2019, at about 12:40 BST, I got this automated call from BT. They said my line was about to be cut off that very day. The message told me to press 1 to talk to their support or press 2 if I wanted to go ahead with the cancellation. It felt a bit dodgy, to be honest.
