I received an unwelcome call from SSE! I've swiftly put this number on my block list. There's really no reason to bother asking them to take my number off their database, as someone else previously mentioned that SSE tends to overlook such requests.

It appears I'm dealing with the energy provider SSE.
I initiated a complaint via email due to their relentless attempts to contact me regarding an offer that held no interest for me. Initially, they responded with an apology through email. However, they then decided it was a brilliant idea to bombard my mobile with calls. I don’t respond to calls during work hours, yet they persisted in ringing me incessantly throughout the day. Consequently, I've had to block their number. They've completely failed to grasp the situation as they continue to pester me, albeit now under the guise of issuing another apology!
If you prefer to avoid dealing with ineptitude, I'd suggest steering clear of SSE.
