So, Intrum is basically a debt collector - they took over a debt I had with Tesco Visa. Every now and again, like twice a year, they'll ring me up just to see if anything’s different with my situation. I suppose I haven’t had any hassles because I stick to my repayment schedule without missing a beat.

Got a letter today about some debt i supposedly owe, saying if i pay 10% they'll cancel the other 90%. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me. Wouldn't trust this site at all, better avoid it.

Honestly, this one seems pretty genuine to me.

This number from Intrum looks dodgy, best to block it right away.

Called by a scammer, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Just got a text off 01737235240 saying I owe some money. Turns out, both numbers are linked to Intrum debt collectors according to what I found.

Just had a call from someone called Paul Spicer, says he’s with Intrum debt collectors. The number was 01737237370. Pretty sure it’s a debt call.

I had a call that I completely missed!

I recently received a call from this number. Out of sheer curiosity, I answered, but all I heard was an odd beeping sound. They've attempted to contact me several times since then. I'm wondering, how many times do they need to ring before we can take action for harassment?

We've received calls from these folks both on our mobile and at our workplace. The issue is that we have to answer our work phone, but they’re insisting we verify our date of birth just to continue the chat. We told them we’re too busy to converse, and they mentioned they'd call us back later. My concern is, once they figure out where we work, could they actually show up in person or send some letters our way?

I recently looked up this number and stumbled upon this site. I answered the call and all I heard was some odd beeping sounds. Bizarre!

It's quite bothersome to receive calls from someone who never utters a word and doesn't bother leaving a message on our answering machine. It really is an annoyance!

They just won’t stop ringing! I had a couple of calls from them last month and another today. They're searching for the same individual, but the folks they’re after aren’t even in my vicinity! What a bother!

I stumbled upon this discussion while looking into a few recent calls. It seems rather clear that these individuals must be affiliated with a debt collection agency, as they keep sending automated voice messages. They've been ringing us since a few days back, and I genuinely can’t comprehend how they acquired our number in the first place. Rest assured, I won’t be responding to their calls anytime soon. Cheers, Fred.

We received calls from these individuals over the weekend, yet the problem is that they also contact us during working hours. This could potentially be unlawful.

If you're up for a bit of mischief, try dialling 141 before the number you're curious about, then mercifully mute your phone and enjoy their discomfort! It’s a cheeky bit of payback-just make sure you have a spare moment and it wouldn't cost you much to ring a landline. These callers might just realise how infuriating it can be when they're met with silence. The more of us that hit them back with just a quiet call, the closer we get to putting these nuisance callers out of action. Let’s show them what we’re made of! Cheers, ALPHAMAN.

Not long after I got a call from this number, they were eager to chat with a Kelly Brook. It’s not the first time I've had someone ring me up about her, but it's definitely the first instance with this particular number. Odd, isn't it?

These individuals are an absolute pain in the neck! They persistently ring us nearly every day, even on my husband's mobile. He's already told them to take a hike, and we've finally followed suit. Honestly, they're insufferable, and we simply hang up at this point. We've now blocked their number. But seriously, how on earth are they obtaining our numbers, especially since we've never had any sort of interaction with them before? It's quite baffling!

I've had a rather tenacious individual ringing me from this number. Apparently, they hail from First Credit and are associated with Connaught Collections. Quite the bother, I must say!

What a cracking site! We're keen to figure out who this number belongs to, as it keeps ringing us. Each time we pick up, all we seem to hear is a load of background racket followed by what sounds like a busy office, then it goes silent. It’s been happening roughly once a day, and it's the same old story every time! We've stopped answering now, but it's really starting to grind my gears seeing those missed calls piling up. Crikey!

Received a call at 8:15 in the morning. We answered, but they promptly hung up. I could make out some chatter in the background, but I haven’t the foggiest who it was. Honestly, it’s quite rude to be calling at that hour.

I received a call from this number which is associated with First Credit. Honestly, they don’t bother sending any written communication, and if you do manage to actually speak to someone, make sure you don’t divulge your name, date of birth, or confirm anything regarding your identity. It turns out they're connected to Connaught Collections, a debt recovery agency. They certainly don't give up easily!

What a right nuisance they are! They just won’t stop ringing, completely ignoring my requests to stop. I’m looking into blocking their number for good.
