I just ignored the call, didn’t pick up or leave any message.

Got a call claiming to be from Microsoft support, bloke said his name was Frank Wilson. He seemed totally clueless about what malware actually is, mixing it up with spam emails. When I started asking proper questions, his attitude flipped and he got really aggressive, even shouting swear words at me before I hung up. Proper nasty character, that one.
