Got another call on 27/6 from a woman claiming her name was Rachel and that she was ringing from Spain. She said the call was coming through a UK landline. The company was called Refund Action Group and said they were looking for timeshare owners to help claim compensation for mis-selling. I told her she’d rung before but she insisted our number hadn’t been called previously. I’ve had at least 10 calls from this number in June alone. I asked them to take our number off their list or I’d have to report it to Ofcom.

From what I've read here and my own experience, it seems like a timeshare scam where they target owners, trying to get them to claim money for contracts they supposedly mis-sold. Just be careful, don’t trust it and hang up straight away.
