got a recorded voice saying my internet would be cut off in a day because of some illegal stuff happening on my line. then they said if I wanted to talk to the managing director (or something like that), I should ring a number they gave. didn't catch much since i just put the phone down. not gonna lie, quite a strange tactic. ive started picking up a few of these weird calls to figure out what's going on and maybe report them. feels to me like this crosses the line into harassment, maybe even something more serious.
