Ignore them! They keep ringing me almost daily for more than a year now. It’s definitely a scam since they can’t be genuine debt collectors - I’ve been getting calls since I was 17, which isn’t even old enough to legally owe anything myself! Just to clarify - this isn’t the real Cabot number. Their official contact is actually 0345 070 2615, which I can confirm because it was on a letter I received from them. So, don’t trust the 01732 280948 number at all. Scammers can be very persistent, so be cautious and never share your personal info with anyone calling from that number!
