They'll ring you uninvited, spinning a story about a supposed "car accident you had recently" and then try to get you to pay for their help to "claim compensation." Yeah right. If I'd supposedly had a recent crash, I reckon I'd be the first person to know! Even though the number they use starts with a (UK) 01730 code, I’m pretty sure the actual call centre is somewhere in the Philippines. How do I know?
