Got a couple calls from a woman claiming to be with BT, warning me that someone might be messing with my phone line or something. Kinda unsure if it’s legit but I just told her to stop ringing me and blocked the number. It’s weird she was calling from Settle early on Friday and again Saturday morning. Maybe I’ve made a fuss for nothing, but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, warning me someone was trying to hack into my IP address and that BT had noticed unusual activity on my internet during the night. I told her I wasn’t a BT customer, and she admitted she knew that already. When I asked who she thought I was with, she gave the wrong company name, so I just ended the call. Apparently, this is a well-known scam that's been reported in the news lately - don’t be fooled!
