some guy rang, said his name was martin and he was from bt, but his accent was totally weird! i asked him if he was sure about that and he said "110%". then i asked again if he was really positive, and he said yes. i told him if he was really from bt, he’d know we’re on the telephone preference service list. his reply? “well, f### off you bloody idiot!” honestly, what a cheeky bloke! lol

Some bloke rang claiming to be from BT, said someone was using our IP from abroad. Felt a bit dodgy from the start. Then he started asking for my email and bank info. I had to keep telling him my phone and laptop weren’t working so I couldn’t check anything, but he kept pestering me for details.
