Got a call from this number claiming to be Alice from BT regarding my phone line. Thing is, I haven’t been with BT for like 30 years and I’m on the telephone preference list, so they really shouldn’t have called me at all (if BT can’t be bothered to check the TPS, what’s the point?). As soon as I mentioned I’m not a BT customer, they just hung up straight away without saying a thing. Not sure if it was a scam or actually someone from BT, but I’d say be careful and just ignore it.
