This seems to be an outfit dealing with insurance claims! At least that's how they identify themselves. They managed to get hold of both our mobile and home numbers, claiming our information had been transferred to them because we'd made an accident report within the last three years. When I pointed out that we hadn’t actually been in any accidents, she switched her story to say it pertained to some vehicle damage we’d supposedly reported. Again, a resounding NO! She assured me she'd amend her files, but honestly, I wouldn’t count on it. Not planning to anxiously await any updates! I only answered the call because the STD code indicated it was local, but she didn't sound familiar at all. - unknown caller
