Got a call from a woman representing "first assist" claiming she was ringing about a road traffic accident I supposedly was involved in. She then asked if I was satisfied with the support given. This was not only irritating but completely false and felt very invasive. When I questioned how they got my number, she said they have connections with different insurance firms. I told her straight up how uncomfortable I was with the privacy breach, and she just hung up on me! How come these companies are permitted to call personal mobiles like this?!
