Caller had a heavy Indian accent but said he was ringing from St Austell. He said he needed to ask me four questions about my energy provider. First, he wanted to verify my full name and address, which he read out. I told him I don’t pay the bill and my name isn’t on it. I picked up 'cause I was waitin' on a call, but didn’t check the number first! This woman with a strong Indian accent addressed me by name, but she butchered it.
