I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT tech support, saying our computer was infected with viruses they could fix. I asked if they were really from BT, and when they said yes, I told them they were scammers. They just hung up after that. The number looked like it was from England, but her accent and the way the line sounded made me think it was from another country, not the UK. It reminded me of those times you call abroad.
