It was totally Vodafone! I called their customer support and they admitted it was their end. This strict lady insisted I’d used all my data, even though I knew that wasn’t true - she wouldn’t back down and neither would I! So I called again to complain and got through to a nicer bloke who checked and said I was well within my data limit and the call shouldn’t have happened. He’s passed it up to a manager who’ll review the call and get back to me.
