Had this dodgy call from someone with an Indian accent using a fake English name that he couldn’t even say properly. Honestly, BT, you should really use your fancy tech to stop this rubbish from pestering us, especially when we’re the ones paying good money. Don’t we deserve a bit of peace from these constant annoying calls?

Got another call claiming something about my Amazon subscription, total scam. What I don’t get is if they know where these calls are coming from, why don’t they just shut the numbers down? It’s so annoying!

Some bloke rang me saying my Amazon Prime discount had expired and to stop it I needed to cough up £79.99. I hung up straight away. For starters, I don’t even have an Amazon Prime subscription.

This is the second time this number’s been ringing me, and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last. The first call was about some cash missing from my debit card, and now they’re talking nonsense about Amazon.

I got a phone call saying something about £79.99 being charged to my account, supposedly from Amazon. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to stop it. Then, another call came from 01701956319, also claiming it was Amazon but with a slightly different story, still told me to press 1. I just hung up both times. Loads of calls like this have come through, but I’ve never bought anything from Amazon or even set up an account with them.

Got a call from 01709879476 and it was totally a scam. They left a message saying I'd be billed £79.99 for my Amazon Prime membership. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime, so yeah, nice try!

Got a call from 01709879476 with some recorded message saying my Amazon Prime was about to expire and I had to pay £79.99 to renew it, press 1 to speak with Customer Service. I just ended the call straight away. Never got anything legit from Amazon about renewing and I know the normal fee’s £79 here in the UK. Definitely sounded like a dodgy scam!
