The caller claimed it was the moment to renew my contract with BT and asked if I wanted to proceed immediately. I started pushing back, mentioning I was considering switching to TalkTalk. The chap attempted to pressure me by outlining the additional fees associated with BT Sport, which I outright declined as I had no interest in it. After a bit more of his aggressive sales tactics and my continued resistance, he abruptly wished me a pleasant day and hung up. Upon contacting BT, I confirmed that they had not placed the call.
