Craftmatic - It appears this firm has announced that the local service provider for equipment will cease to supply individuals with apparatus or spare parts altogether. During a recent phone call, a Carer intervened and became rather aggressive, insisting on exorbitant fees for replacement gear. To make matters worse, they seemed quite keen on probing into the client's medical history. Should you find yourself in need of equipment, I highly recommend reaching out to the County Council, who will be able to point you in the right direction.

When I rang the number back, they answered with "Sellshaw," yet I can’t seem to find any information online, regardless of how I attempt to spell it. They offered three types of mattresses - one named Comfort Care and two posh ones, one of which supposedly contains something called CELLIENT or maybe it’s Selient (I’m not quite sure of the spelling). This doesn’t yield any results on the web either. Apparently, it’s meant to be beneficial for health, aiding in breathing and circulation. The Comfort Care mattress is quoted at £435 for a 4ft size. The representative mentioned they’d reach out to me again in three months, but I’m quite sceptical about the integrity of this sales operation. Any insights would be appreciated.
