Saw a review today where someone thought it was a legit call, but most say it’s a scam. I told her I actually got spare keys sent from Wings instead, and she admitted that’s what she meant. Seems like Wings must’ve shared my details with them. She went on trying to push other stuff, but I kept telling her I wasn't interested. After a bit, she finally gave up. Honestly, it was just a pointless few minutes down the drain. Craftmatic got in touch saying that local equipment services won’t handle any more supplies or replacement items for people. Our client’s carer jumped into the call and things got really pushy, with them quoting outrageously high prices for parts. Plus, they kept probing about the client’s health issues which felt quite intrusive. If you need any kit, it’s best to reach out to the County Council who can point you in the right direction.

I bought a reclining bed from these folks a few years back and honestly, it’s been great with no issues at all. If I’m remembering right, my bed has one side for summer and another for winter, which is quite handy. I don’t often use the reclining bit but when I do, it works perfectly. Seems nowadays the internet’s full of negative reviews and complaints, but I’m sure plenty of people have had good experiences with these beds too!

I received a call from someone purporting to be from social services, insisting they were responsible for the delivery of my previous mobility scooter. Quite frankly, that's utter nonsense, as I'm acquainted with the chap who actually handled that delivery. Furthermore, I'm left scratching my head as to why on earth Rotherham Social Services would be making deliveries all the way down to South Wales! It simply doesn’t add up.

Over the past three months, a woman from this number has phoned me twice, trying to sell a mattress. When I rang back, the person answered with a name like Sellshaw or something similar, but no matter how I searched online, I couldn’t find any info about this number. They claimed to offer three types of mattresses: Comfort Care and two luxury ones, one supposedly containing an ingredient called CELLIENT or maybe Selient (not sure how it’s spelled). This ingredient is meant to improve health, breathing, and circulation, but I couldn’t locate any details about it online either. The Comfort Care mattress was priced at £435 for a 4ft size. The lady mentioned she’d ring me again in three months, but honestly, I’m not convinced this is a legitimate business. Can anyone shed some light on this?
