They claim to be from the mortgage review service. I've told them a few times now to take my details off their list, and said if they contact me again, I'll be charging them £100 plus VAT. The person on the line was called Sharon Green. She said they would delete my info. I even recorded the conversation just in case!

They go by the name of the Mortgage Review Service. I've already let them know that I've asked to have my information deleted previously, and should they dare to call me again, I will be sending them an invoice for £100 plus VAT. The person I spoke to was named Sharon Green, and she assured me that my details would be taken off their list. Thankfully, I recorded the conversation as evidence!

The guy asked for my full name but then just called me by my first name. He wanted to chat about a mortgage linked to my house. I’m registered with the telephone preference service, so I shouldn’t be receiving calls like this. He reckoned maybe I filled out some form and missed ticking the right box or something!

I keep getting calls from them, but they just hang up straight away. When I tried ringing back, it just went to an automated message saying they’re not taking calls at the moment. Proper annoying!
