Absolute nightmare with these window fitters. The windows aren’t sealed properly and there’s constant draughts. After I’d already paid up, they wouldn’t stop pestering me with calls - sometimes ringing me up 10 times a day, even late in the evening. They lure you in with huge one-day-only deals you’re supposed to snap up fast. Proper cowboy outfit. Sort it out properly the first time! Stay well clear of Crystal Windows in Romford.

Absolutely! It's infuriating. Despite having politely declined their services, I still get bombarded by their calls - usually four or five times a day! It's nothing short of harassment. Don't these folks have the faintest idea about proper business etiquette?
