Today I got a call about my call barring thing, but I just ended up hanging up on them.

some bloke called saying something about my call barring. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and then he just dropped the call. definitely didn’t sound english.

With all this fuss about staying in touch properly, it seems risky. This guy, who said his name was Henry and sounded Asian, claimed he worked for some government agency and could fix the problem with annoying calls. He said there’d be no need to dial 1572 anymore and that all those pest numbers would just vanish at once. That’s what I picked up before I hung up on him, thankfully before he tried to sell me some sort of wonder number.
