Got a call from a number I didn’t know, turned out to be BT. They asked about our internet service, but we’re actually with TalkTalk. Bit annoying as the number wasn’t familiar at all.

Today I got a call from someone claiming to be TalkTalk tech support saying my phone line would be cut off if I didn't press 1. Looks like TalkTalk users are getting targeted by these scams big time! Has TalkTalk said anything or done anything to stop this?
