I did a bit of digging on this lot and was quite chuffed with what I found. They operate under the name Upgrade Experts and are part of Pneuma Communications. If you check out the official EE business site, you’ll see they’re recognised as official partners of T-Mobile. I even had a chat with T-Mobile directly, and they assured me that this dealership comes highly recommended. That was four years back, and I've been sorting my dealings with them ever since!

Just last month, I received a call from a chap named Sam, who explained that my contract was approaching its renewal point. Right from the off, he made it clear that he was representing Upgrades Experts, who collaborate with T-Mobile. It’s safe to say that he was spot on! He presented me with an absolutely stellar offer on my plan, not to mention some terrific recommendations for a new phone. After some back and forth, I decided to take the plunge. By the end of the conversation, he was kind enough to provide his full name and direct phone number, assuring me that he would be my personal account manager. This meant that should any issues arise in the future, I could reach out to him directly. Naturally, I was initially sceptical, so I reached out to T-Mobile to verify Sam’s claims. The T-Mobile representative I spoke to seemed rather unhelpful, essentially dismissing the offer as a scam and urging me to change all of my account security immediately. He insisted that it was always better to deal directly with them. Feeling quite uneasy about the whole situation, I decided to give Sam another ring to voice my concerns. To my surprise, he remained remarkably calm and professional while I let off some steam. When I finally finished expressing my frustrations, he merely asked me to hold on for a moment. To my astonishment, he called T-Mobile from another line, getting them to confirm that Upgrades Experts are indeed genuine partners of T-Mobile and a completely authorised dealership. He even guided me to the EE business website, where I was able to spot the logos and the address of the parent company myself. I must admit, I felt a tad foolish afterward and couldn’t quite fathom why the T-Mobile representative had said what he did. Sam showed a great level of understanding regarding the confusion caused by T-Mobile, while keeping his opinions about them close to his chest. Additionally, he generously threw in a free phone case and car charger as a gesture of goodwill for the mix-up. In the end, I chose to stick with my order from Upgrades Experts, and I'm pleased to report that whenever I've had any queries or issues, Sam has been readily available to assist me. While the deal still seems a bit unbelievable, after checking my online account, I can confirm that it’s as genuine as they come. Thanks again, Sam!

I had a similar experience. When I popped into my nearest T-Mobile store, they weren’t exaggerating! After giving them another ring, I secured a brilliant package for me, my wife, and our daughter who's off at uni. No doubt about it, I’ll be returning to them in two years’ time!
