I just had a rather amusing experience with their customer service team. I pretended to be a police officer from the cybercrime unit, and as soon as I mentioned it, they abruptly ended the call. Quite telling, wouldn’t you say?

A young lady rang me up, addressing me by my first name, and began discussing an insurance plan. When I asked her to clarify her points, she abruptly ended the call. The number that came up was 01706 967129.

I decided not to pick up as the number appeared to be from Rochdale, and I'm not acquainted with anyone from that area. When I rang back, it seemed to be one of those call centres. Quite odd, really!
