Got a call from a woman speaking with a posh English accent, said she wanted to go over my life insurance, but it was obviously one of those dodgy sales calls. I messed her about for ages, like 20 minutes or so, then told her no way was I giving my bank info - that seemed to be the only point of the call anyway. Bit of a change from the usual lot pretending to be from HMRC, threatening to lock me up for unpaid tax! I'm sure those cheeky scammers will be back on the blower sooner or later.

Answered the call but there was no one talking, just a faint buzzing noise for a sec before it sounded like it got transferred somewhere else. The call only lasted about 8 seconds before they ended it. This came after another ring from a Rochdale area code a few days back, which I checked on here and decided to block. That call actually spoke, asking for me by title and last name, then just dropped the line.
