I got a call from this number flagged as “overseas” or something like that. The person claimed to be from BT and said I was going to get a discount on my upcoming bill. I told them to sort it out with my phone company instead. They asked for my birthdate, which I wasn’t about to share, so I just hung up. Seems odd they’d ask for info my provider wouldn’t already have. Definitely dodgy.
