I got a call from this number and it was just a recorded voice claiming to be from BT’s technical support. It warned me that my internet was at risk and asked me to press 1 for more info or 2 if I use a different provider. Sounds like a total scam to me - I reckon if you press anything, you’ll end up on a premium rate number and get charged loads!
