I got a call from a woman who said her name was Laura, asking about window efficiency for glass over a decade old. She wanted the full name of a previous occupant, mentioning something about funding for new windows. I told her I didn’t have that info and the people she wanted weren’t around.

Just to add on to the previous report, this call actually happened and was picked up yesterday, 4/11/21 at 16:47, and it was directed at an elderly vulnerable individual.
