I keep getting these vexatious calls at all hours, they ring me up out of the blue, both day and night, and there’s never anyone at the other end when I pick up. It’s got to be some sort of con, hasn’t it? Absolutely infuriating!

However, it's blatantly obvious this can't be Vodafone. They wouldn’t be dialling from an 01706 code (which belongs to Rochdale). Moreover, the number ended in 645 instead of 646, which adds to my suspicions. The caller claimed to be from Vodafone, but I’m left feeling rather doubtful!
