I've had an experience with the Trewan Sands Children's Trust charity. After making a single donation, I've found that they keep calling me incessantly asking for more contributions. It's quite relentless!

I've received multiple calls from this number, yet they never leave a message. It's quite perplexing, as I have no clue who they could be!

Chances are, it's just another dodgy scammer on the other end of the line.

Received a call wanting to chat with the owner about contributing to charity. I explained that our company doesn’t partake in such donations and promptly ended the conversation.

I had a call from someone claiming to be from a charitable organisation, spinning a rather sad tale to try and solicit donations. It’s infuriating, especially since I’m supposed to be on the Telephone Preference Service list, which hasn’t done much to deter these nuisance calls. It’s becoming quite tiresome, to be honest!

Received a call from someone wanting to chat with the director. Just a couple of minutes later, they attempted to ring again, but I decided to pass on that. Then, five minutes down the line, they were at it again, this time asking for the manager. I've since put the number on my block list.

Absolutely infuriating! I was right in the midst of a crucial business meeting when I received this bothersome call. Some persistent pest trying to squeeze money out of me, despite my TPS registration! It’s utterly unacceptable. I will choose to donate to charities of my choosing, and I refuse to be hounded by unsolicited calls!

I decided to give this number a bell, and lo and behold, someone picked up. All I could make out was some heavy breathing coupled with noises in the background, but not a peep from the other end. After a rather awkward twenty seconds, they just disconnected. To be honest, I’m sceptical about them being a legitimate charity for children.

It’s a complete scam. There’s a company masquerading as a charity for children with terminal illnesses. Initially, they’ll say that their services are complimentary, but soon enough, they'll claim you’ve consented to donate to help send a sick child on holiday. When these callers reach out, do yourself a favour and simply hang up.

That would be the Trewen Sands Children’s Trust, wouldn’t it?

I received a call from this number earlier today. Lately, I've taken to ignoring calls unless they're local or ones I actually anticipate, so I let it ring. It’s quite amusing how rarely the folks I choose not to answer bother to leave a voicemail on my machine...

I received a genuine phone call from Trewan Sands C. Trust the other day. They’ve been ringing me quite a bit, mentioning some opportunities to contribute to their charitable work.

Received a missed call from this number on my work mobile. Does anyone happen to know who it belongs to?

I received a call from them too, and while we really don’t suspect any deceit on their part, it felt rather like a fundraising effort that was a bit too forward. They came across as quite sincere, and the number they used aligns perfectly with the one listed on the charity’s website. Nevertheless, it did give off a vibe of an aggressive appeal for donations.

I let this one slide entirely.

Beware of these individuals who refuse to leave us in peace! They've been contacting us from the number 0161 763 5760, as well as Catherine's mobile at 07745651213. It's best not to engage with them at all!
