Got a call on 1st June about 1:40pm. After a few seconds of silence, I heard a weird buzzing noise - classic sign it was a scam. Then this automated voice said something about my btinternet account being used without permission. Total scam alert. We're registered with the telephone preference service, so no idea how they got through. Would steer clear of this number.

Had a call saying it was about housing stuff. When I asked how they got my number, I just groaned and put the phone down straight away.
