so this accident helpline, elina, she rang me about a crash i supposedly had - i havent even had one lol. she was pretty rude actually, telling me i should call the police and report them even though i asked nicely to take my number off their list. why can’t bt get their act together and wipe these annoying calls out? every unwanted call should come with a hefty fine, make it so costly they just quit. but no, bt’s fine slapping us with a 10% price hike but won’t bother helping customers dodge these irritating pests. total joke.
