He basically told me I didn’t understand how it worked and came off quite rude, almost insulting me. I kept chatting just to rile him a bit, and he got more annoyed. I ended the call after a while when I’d had enough. No doubt, it was a scam.

He snapped back with, "Do you think I want to be making these calls all day? You signed up for this." I told him I hadn’t the faintest idea who he was or why he had my number. Then he started being rude, so I just ended the call. No clue what they’re selling or how they got my details, but it seems dodgy to me.

I told him I’ve never had their policy and wasn’t interested, asked him to take my number off their records. He said fine and then ended the call.
