So, I got this call that sounded really dodgy. An English guy’s voice said BT had found some sort of suspicious activity on my internet and that they were going to cut it off in a day. Then it told me to press 1 if I wanted to get it back on. Once you press that, some American voice comes on saying you need to wait for a ‘Poll Picker’ to collect your info. Then, out of nowhere, you’re put through to an actual person who sounds Asian, and their goal is to hack into your computer. Proper scam, watch out!
