They keep ringing me many times, looking for someone called Alistair or Mr. Harvey. They did say they were from ACI, and when I asked why they were calling, they claimed they had a file on me. I told them no one by that name lives here, but I’m pretty sure that won’t stop the calls anytime soon.

Asset Collections and Investigations Ltd are chasing debts. They’ve been after payment from a person who used to live at my place but doesn’t anymore. I’ve called them a couple of times and sent back all their letters marked ‘not at this address’ but they just won’t give up. Honestly, I’m just holding out for when the bailiffs turn up - that’s when things’ll get interesting!

Ever since September 2016, I've had about 18 blocked messages and then silent calls from these scammers using 01698907055 and +447860004477. They keep trying to reach out to someone called 'Emma Harper' about what seems like a made-up debt. It's getting pretty annoying, feels like harassment now. I tried ringing them once and told them to quit texting me, but it didn’t make any difference!

They rang me, so I returned the call. The person on the end said they couldn't tell me what the company does since I wasn't an account holder. They mentioned something about 'personal issues' but wouldn't say anything more. They did confirm the name was ACI but wouldn’t share any website or more info. Very sketchy!

Got a call today from someone saying they were from ACA or ACI, sounded proper official like some sort of assets & collections firm. I didn’t give them any info, just said no. Later, I called the number back to check who they actually were and who they claimed to be collecting for - turns out they’re debt collectors working for Lending Stream.

Got a call from somewhere called Reconnect today, which apparently is the debt collection branch of Asset Collections and Investigations Ltd. They said they were chasing money for LENDING STREAM. The call sounded quite formal and official, and they accused me of fraud. I didn’t give them any info. Later, I called them back to ask exactly who they were and who they're working for. They were using pretty heavy-handed scare tactics though. I’ve since reported the experience to some debt advice organisations. The caller ID showed Lending Stream, Reconnect or A.C.I.
