Loads of scammers ring us all the time, saying they’re from BT and threaten to cut off our internet in a day - always the same lady with an American accent. Just this morning we got a fake Amazon text. We just ignore it and hang up immediately.

Got a call claiming to be from Amazon about my Prime account. The connection was terrible, so I pretended I couldn’t hear properly. When the caller asked, “Can you hear me now?” I said “No” just to mess around. Then they got angry, called me a rude name, and just hung up. Honestly, not impressed with the service from whoever this was, whether it’s Amazon or some other outfit.
