I keep receiving calls from these individuals wanting to speak with the proprietor of our business. When I mention that we can assist them, they promptly hang up. I tried reaching out to them again, only to find out it’s a call centre for United Kingdom Fixings, with only a couple of staff on duty. The moment we asked to speak to their manager, it turned out they don’t even have one! Quite the odd setup, if you ask me.

This number has been ringing us repeatedly, and we could make out voices in the background. We answered with a friendly greeting, but no one responded, and then they simply hung up. How incredibly inconsiderate!

I keep receiving calls from this number, and it has happened a few times now. Each time, when I mention I'm the business owner, the callers seem to abruptly hang up. It makes me wonder if they’re reluctant to engage with a female voice? After the first call, we decided to ring back, but as soon as I tried to explain, she just disconnected the call on me. She claimed, "Oh no, I lost the line," but to be honest, it felt like she just didn’t want to continue the conversation. And then, to make matters worse, she hung up on us again! What a palaver!
